Hydraulic and manual bolt inspections, with climbers as appropriate

Techmeleon carries out regular safety checks on rides, roller-coasters and steel structures for a range of clients, including theme parks. Checking bolted connections is one of our specialist areas, and is undertaken by our team of qualified mechanical technicians. If needed, we will also engage professional climbers to carry out checks at height and in hard-to-reach areas.

All work is carried out in compliance with the applicable protocols and safety regulations and using high-quality tools, such as hydraulic, battery-powered and calibrated torque wrenches. Clients are provided with an inspection report after each check.
